We will be performing an upgrade to our router firmware on 08.03.2025, from 20:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT.
During this maintenance window, we do not expect any service interruptions, as our redundant setup ensures continued service availability.
Thank you for your understanding.
We are upgrading all our vServer/Cloud Server hosting nodes to next-generation hardware.
Virtual machines (VMs) will be migrated to the new nodes between the 16th and 22th February. Thanks to live migration, we anticipate no downtime; however, network and I/O performance may experience slight impacts during the migration process.
In some cases, a VM restart may be necessary to support the newer CPU generation. This will depend on your VM settings.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As a token of appreciation for your understanding, all affected VMs will get a small upgrade after the migration.
Thank you for your patience and support as we work to enhance our services.
Update (16.02 - 11:12 GMT)
We've started the migration process. Please note that access to the remote console and the option to reinstall the VM might be limited if your VM is currently in migration.
Update (18.02 - 16:30 GMT)
The migration for all regular VMs is completed.
We expect to finish the migration of the storage VMs by the end of Wednesday.
We will be performing upgrades to our internal infrastructure between February 8th and February 9th.
During this period, brief service disruptions of less than 10 minutes may occur for the following services:
- Web Hosting
- Email Hosting
- Customer Interface
While these disruptions will be minimal, services may be momentarily unavailable during the upgrade window.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These improvements are necessary to enhance the performance and reliability of our services in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.
We are currently experiencing network issues, and our team is actively investigating the problem.
Update – 19:00 GMT
We have identified a faulty stack link module between our two core routers as the cause of the connection issues. To restore service, we have temporarily disabled the stack, and all systems should now be available again.
Update – 19:45 GMT
The hardware defect in the stack module appears to have affected both routers. We are currently sourcing replacement hardware and preparing to deploy new routers tonight.
Update – 22:30 GMT
A new set of routers has been successfully deployed. The network appears to be stable again. If you continue to experience any issues, please open a support ticket.
